This annotated bibliography provides an overview of resources relating to children born of rape, by building on a previous GBV AoR Helpdesk resource list on caring for children born of rape (2018) - and accompanying drop box repository of documents, which sought to identify examples of strategies, practical tools, etc. related to caring for children born out of rape. This bibliography compiles an updated list of resources given the literature on this subject has expanded since the previous publication. This report is structured according to resource type with sub-focus on country specific resources and evidence where these were identified.

This guidance note offers an introduction to how disasters are likely to increase as a result of climate change and the disproprotionate effect they have on women, particularly in terms of increasing their vulnerability to GBV. It highlights lessons from disasters in Asia and Pacific region on how to improve GBV preparedness, response and recovery.

The Localisation Agenda conceptualised initially by the Grand Bargain in 2016, recognises the need to have equitable opportunities for Local and National Actors (LNAs) including Women Led Organisations (WLOs), Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and other diversity groups to play leadership roles at national and sub-national levels clusters / Areas of Responsibilities (AoRs), and have a seat at the table when strategic decisions are made (for example, in Strategic Advisory Groups (SAGs) or technical working groups (TWiGs)). This practical guide aims to highlight practical examples from humanitarian clusters on how they have promoted LNAs leadership to inspire other clusters/AoRs to do the same in line with the IASC guide.

La Agenda de Localización conceptualizada inicialmente por el Grand Bargain en 2016, reconoce la necesidad de tener oportunidades equitativas para los actores locales y nacionales (ALN) incluyendo las organizaciones lideradas por mujeres (WLOs), Organizaciones de Personas con Discapacidad (OPD) y otros grupos de diversidad para desempeñar funciones de liderazgo a nivel nacional y subnacional grupos / Áreas de Responsabilidades (AdR), y tener un asiento en la mesa cuando se toman decisiones estratégicas (por ejemplo, en los Grupos de Asesoramiento Estratégico (SAG) o grupos de trabajo técnico (TWiG)). Esta guía práctica tiene como objetivo destacar ejemplos prácticos de grupos humanitarios sobre cómo han promovido el liderazgo de las ANL para inspirar a otros grupos/AR a hacer lo mismo en línea con la guía del IASC.

La notion de localisation conceptualisée initialement par le Grand Bargain en 2016, reconnaît la nécessité d'offrir des opportunités équitables aux acteurs locaux et nationaux (LNAs), y compris les organisations dirigées par des femmes (WLOs), les Organisations de personnes en situation de handicap (OPD) et d'autres groupes, de jouer un rôle de premier plan au niveau national et sous-national des Clusters/domaines de responsabilité, et d'être présents lorsque des décisions stratégiques sont prises (par exemple, dans les groupes d’orientation stratégiques (SAG) ou les groupes de travail techniques. Ce guide pratique vise à mettre en lumière des exemples pratiques de Clusters sur la façon dont ils ont promu le leadership des LNAs afin d'inspirer d'autres Clusters/AoRs à faire de même, conformément au guide de l'IASC.

تم تطوير أجندة التوطين ألول مرة من خالل اتفاقيةالصفقة الكبرى(Grand Bargain)في عام2016، والتي أقرت بالحاجة إلى توفير فرص متكافئة للجهات الفاعلة المحلية والوطنية، بما في ذلك المنظمات التي تقودها نساء، ومنظمات األشخاص ذوي اإلعاقة، والمجموعات المتنوعة أو / القطاعية المجموعات ضمن الوطني ودون الوطني المستويين على قيادية بأدوار للقيام األخرى، جهات الإختصاص. كما شددت األجندة على ضرورة تمثيل هذه الجهات على طاولة اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي، مثلا لمجموعة االستراتيجية االستشارية أو فرق العمل الفنية.يهدف هذا الدليل العملي إلى تسليط الضوء على أمثلة واقعية حول كيف أمكن للمجموعات اإلنسانية أن تعزز قيادتها للجهات الفاعلة المحلية والوطنية، وذلك إللهام مجموعات أخرى وجهات إختصاص العتماد ممارسات مماثلة بما يتماشى مع الدليل الصادر عن اللجنة الدائمة المشتركة بين الوکالات.

Stigma plays a powerful and often overlooked role in shaping the experiences of survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). This annotated bibliography explores available evidence on how stigma impacts survivors and contributes to the persistence and normalization of GBV in emergency contexts. The first section presents research in terms of “levels”, or sites, where GBV-related stigma occurs, from GBV survivors’ own internalized stigma, to institutional stigma (particularly in relation to GBV service providers), to societal-level stigma that reflects and reinforces stigmatizing social norms. The bibliography then offers a section on frameworks and models for understanding and measuring stigma and concludes with a section on programmatic guidance on GBV-related stigma-reduction strategies.
