Webinar: The Mobile Gender Gap in Humanitarian Crises
Join the IASC GenCap Project, GSMA Mobile for Humanitarian Innovation (M4H), and CaLP to discuss the ways in which female refugees are (or are not!) using phones and mobile-enabled services. GSMA will discuss their recent research on the mobile gender gap in refugee contexts as well as why and when humanitarian organisations could use mobile money enabled cash and voucher assistance (CVA). The GenCap and CaLP will respond to these findings and provide real world examples of what has worked well and challenges we need to overcome.
