The Sr Program Manager is a part of the Protection Team under InterAction’s Humanitarian Policy and Practice (HPP) Team, working on the Results-Based Protection project. With guidance from the Senior Technical Advisor, the Sr Program Manager will directly engage with NGOs at a field, regional, and headquarters level to provide support on results-based methods of protection, facilitate collective action and discussion, and provide individual coaching as appropriate.

The candidate will collaborate closely with a team of regional GBV IMs based in Cairo, Panama, Bangkok and Nairobi, and contribute to global webinars on GBV AoR related issues.
