The GBV AoR Community of Practice and GBV AoR Helpdesk hosted the webinar: Adapting for the Shadow Pandemic: Guidance on Remote GBV Services for Phone-based Case Management and Hotlines on 1 March 2021. The event is part of a two webinar series and supports the release of the COVID-19 Guidance on Remote GBV Services Focusing on Phone-based Case Management and Hotlines https://tinyurl.com/wjy7tuum​ .

This new resource presents options for adapting GBV case management in the context of COVID-19 so that survivors can continue to access safe and confidential services. It focuses on phone-based case management and also provides recommendations for scaling up hotlines.

The first session, 1 March, presents the different sections of the toolkit to introduce the new resource so everyone is familiar with it.

The second session, 11 March allows participants to interact with different GBV actors involved in developing the tool.
