Objective: Building off of Webinar 1, participants will take a deeper dive into some key considerations for a case management approach with child and adolescent survivors with disabilities. The session will include discussion and activities to unpack:
· Key considerations when working with children/adolescent survivors with disabilities in humanitarian contexts, including communication, safe referrals, assent/consent, and safety planning
· Tools and best practices in working with caregivers of child and adolescent survivors with disabilities, including fostering positive power dynamics, supporting mothers who oftentimes face abuse and violence, and concerns around psychosocial support
· Case management action planning for child and adolescent survivors with disabilities (via a case study activity)
