Launch of the new global resource “Women and Girls’ Safe Spaces: A Toolkit for Advancing Women’s and Girls’ Empowerment in Humanitarian Settings”. 

From 2017-2019, with support from the U.S. Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and International Medical Corps (IMC) led the development of this important toolkit in collaboration with women and girls and community members across 18 humanitarian settings.  The toolkit will be available online in English and French in mid-November at gbvresponders.org.   Ahead of its’ release IRC and IMC invite global and field practitioners to join one of the webinars (listed below) which will introduce the purpose and content of the toolkit.
