The Emergency GBV Program Manager will be based in Butembo overseeing and coordinating project implementation in the Emergency Response Zone.  The incumbent will support the Coordinator on project design, proposal writing process and reporting as well on monthly, quarterly, midterm and end of project report in line with donor’s expectation and requirements.
