The Sr Program Manager is a part of the Protection Team under InterAction’s Humanitarian Policy and Practice (HPP) Team, working on the Results-Based Protection project. With guidance from the Senior Technical Advisor, the Sr Program Manager will directly engage with NGOs at a field, regional, and headquarters level to provide support on results-based methods of protection, facilitate collective action and discussion, and provide individual coaching as appropriate. The Sr Program Manager-Protection will also lead the work on the documentation of learning and best practices and support the Program Associate - Protection overseeing some aspects of grant management.
