CWS seeks a GBV Programs Senior Specialist to provide technical assistance in CWS’s global/international programs and US domestic programs. The GBV programs senior specialist supports programs teams to ensure that sufficient capacity and effective measures are in place to identify, analyze and mitigate GBV risks and that these measures are effectively and systematically considered and applied to all relevant dimensions of CWS programming. This position is responsible for providing evidence-based technical guidance to various teams in a goal-oriented manner that delivers excellent results and expands CWS’s protection and GBV work.
