With the capacity building strategy ending in 2020, a new Capacity Development Strategy is envisioned for 2021-2025 In close collaboration with the GBV AoR coordination team, the Capacity Development Strategy Consultant will conduct desk review, consultations and draft the new strategy. The objective of the strategy will be to assess and link identified capacity building needs and priorities at the field level with capacity development resources and opportunities, leveraging the GBV AoR capacity  development and technical support portfolio, while finding new ways to learn and connect virtually.
