The Humnaitarian Specialist / Programme Manager  will be the technical focal person on behalf of UN Women ACO in various coordination mechanisms as relevant.  Reporting to the Deputy Representative, the Humanitarian Programme Manager will oversee the development and implementation  of humanitarian programmes, provide technical and strategic input on gender in humanitarian action, [delete] (capacity building to) , establish and strengthen partnerships, and lead/oversee development relevant knowledge products on humanitarian action, including gender analysis/alerts and assessments for the Afghanistan Country Office. They will represent UN Women in humanitarian coordination mechanisms and clusters, as requested.
