Consultant – Lead Writer for Foundational Elements for Gender-based Violence in Development. The USAID-funded activity, Collective Action to Reduce Gender-based Violence (CARE-GBV) is seeking a Lead Writer for the Foundational Elements for Gender-based Violence Programming in Development.  The consultant will lead the writing of the Foundational Elements based on a detailed outline and desk review developed by the CARE-GBV technical team.
