Making Cents International is recruiting for GBV Research Consultants in El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras, Dominican Republic, and Colombia to support a Gender-based Violence Impunity (GBVI) Regional Study taking place under the USAID-funded Latin America and Caribbean Learning and Rapid Response (LACLEARN) task order. Using a survivor-centred and political economy approach, the study will generate information that facilitates dialogue between survivors and GBV response services and institutions; deepen knowledge of how to reduce GBVI; and inform policy development and planning, and operational recommendations for reducing GBVI.

Consultants should be based in-country, although all study activities will be conducted remotely (i.e., via phone and Internet-based platforms) to uphold COVID-19 pandemic precautions.
